The Dondo, Poltrona Fraus firstrocking chair, is a contemporary twist on a timeless classic. Designed byJean-Marie Massaud, it combines a clean-cut and confident style with a strong focus on comfort.

Dondo is the latest example of consummate craftsmanship applied to contemporary design, a perfect balance of lines, curves and thicknesses obtained thanks to expert manual techniques.

The shell and armrests of the Dondo rocking chair are made from moulded rigid polyurethane and reinforced with a metallic insert. The feet are made from fine steam-curved solid oak with an aged walnut finish. The upholstery is in Pelle Frau leather.

Special longitudinal stitching decorates the entire upholstered surface of the shell. The height of the headrest cushion can be adjusted using a hole-punched belt located at the back of the armchair.
